Recently my cousin bought a gtx 1060 for his rig, some days later after receiving it another one came in the mail. Obviously confused he didn't ask any questions and after it taking a 3 month trip around the family it ending up in my hands. I have never had a component like this before and decided to use it in a completely new computer, case, psu the whole shabang. Knowing my budget to build this cpu i have a budget (already having this GPU keep in mind) of around 450$. I can probably get another 100$ with the holidays rolling around but would rather use it elsewere. help? (PS: exclude monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc)
