Im upgradeing my system, im getting this case http://www.corsair.com/en-us/carbide-series-spec-01-red-led-mid-tower-gaming-case. It says i can only use up to a 150mm cooler. I do not want to spend more that $60 on a cooler. Please link some good products THANKS!

Well, the Hyper 212 is just a bit too tall for that, otherwise it would be the recommendation for a budget cooler ... I'd check out the Silverstone AR02; for that size and price range, I've heard good things about it.

Yes, there are more powerful coolers out there, but for that height and price it's hard to find one better (also quiet!). I've *HEARD* that you can also add a second fan to it for a push/pull setup, but can't for the life of me find the reference.

Anyway - that would be my pick. The overwhelming trend in coolers seems to be the towering ones with 120mm or 140mm fans (and hence over your size limit), and with 92mm fans either junk or super-expensive. This is...

edit: Since that case looks like it has rear panel access, the installation of this cooler shouldn't be too bad. You'll see in some of the reviews that some people really had trouble with it because of the backplate. In a case with no rear access, you may well have to take apart the entire machine. Which it sounds like you're doing anyway because of moving it to a new case, but just for future ease-of-use you shouldn't worry too much.
