Good cpu for arma 3 Under 200$

i have a i7 920 2.67ghz and i was looking to get a new cpu for arma 3 under 200$ i get about 20-60fps, witch is kinda embarrassing for my i7 cause my friend has a intel pentium and a gtx 1080 and gets 160 fps on arma 3 alis life... some how... but anyways i need a better cpu for under 200$, Thanks !

Which GPU do you have? Maybe your friends GTX 1080 is a lot better than what you have?
There is really no better CPU for your old platform, which means you will have to invest in new CPU, mobo and RAM.
