Good CPU Temps?FX8350

A couple days ago i finished my first build.It has a GeForce GTX 1060 and FX8350.I have been monitoring my cpu temp as much as possible and Im worried since I dont know good temperatures when running certain things.When idle my CPU is about 25C-35C and when gaming its about 38C-45C when running Tf2 and Deus Ex Mankind Divided.I have an aftermarket cooler too.Hyper 212 Evo.Please explain if these are normal temps

Those seem normal for that processor, keep it under ~60C and youll be fine.

You are experiencing AMDs notorious false readings at low temps. It is not possible for your temps to be lower than ambient. Unless you found a way to break physics.

I'm not lying. It's when it's just on the desktop and I use HW Monitor with the latest update.
It does break a sweat from time to time when under load
but it was kinda scary with the OEM Fan in place. The little Deepcool 12cm does just fine.
I occasionally use OC Genie but I'm rarely pushing over 4.2 Ghz
Truly don't want problems with heat and and am constantly monitoring my system

I didnt say you were lying, AMDs thermal sensors are known to report false temps at low levels. Your load temps are likely accurate, but those idle temps are physically impossible.
