Good deal for an eBay HP Omen?

I’ve been looking for months now trying to find a reasonably good gaming rig in the $500 range. My budget was not very flexible but I hoped to arrive at something I could upgrade in the future. This morning I found an eBay store display model Omen 870-210 for $465 shipped. I tried to research a bit online & couldn’t find much on this particular model. It is on the far lower end of the Omen spectrum but $465 was ideal for my price constraints. Specs are as follows:

Core i3 7100
8GB DDR4-2133
Radeon RX 460
2GB 128bit Memory
1TB SATA 7200rpm HDD
300 W PSU

Down the road I’d like to overhaul it with a better processor, Nvidia card, higher memory & better PSU. But for now is this a serviceable gamer for the price?

The power supply will be an issue to future upgrades. For those lower specs you are better off building a system for $500.
