Good Deal for PSU?

I was recently offered a Thermaltake Toughpower 750w Modular PSU for $30 but it does not come with a power cable and it is
missing 1 extra sata pow & missing 1 extra molex power modular cable should i by it or just spend a bit more and get a new PSU?

Check if its working and if its inside the warranty (total is 5 years)
