Question Good Dedicated modded minecraft server specs?

I play modded minecraft with about 200+ mods installed and i want to build a dedicated server. I play with at most 4 people, mostly it will be 2 people online. What would you recommend i am willing to spend decent money but nothing crazy it needs to get the job done well. Thanks in advance for any recommendations
