Good enough reason to RMA

Are these good enough reasons to get these two components RMA'd? It frustrates me having to listen to this while the PC is on.

The PSU definitely does not sound normal. The GPU noise is coming from the fans.

Try to see what is obstructing the fans and maybe fix it.

Just sounds like airflow from the fans to me. GPU fans are a bit rattly but nothing to be concerned about.

Did you have the volume on? The PSU is squealing. These components aren't even 2 weeks old yet either.

Most power supplies will make some noise. They're never perfectly quiet. Inductors, ferrite coils - those can make noise.
