Is this a good pc for gaming ? I also intend to upgrade to a Broadwell i5 / i7 in a year or two. Would I be able to run Witcher 3, GTA V and future games with the pc from above ? Of course I'm gonna oc the cpu and maybe the gpu too.

As "real ace" already stated, it should run those games...especially if you up the RAM to 8 GB. However how well it will run the games is questionable. The official system requirements for those games have no been released (at least not that I saw online). And no one can say what system requirements future games will have...we can just speculate. Of course once you upgrade to an i5/i7 in a year or two you would be much better off.

With that being said, more than likely the minimum system requirements for those games will end up being the CPU and RAM you already have. Your GPU will be a better one than the minimum though. And by upgrading RAM soon, that will help a bit. More than likely the actual recommended system requirements to play...
Abot the mobo, well, here where I live the price is the same as Pro4 so I'll go ASUS. Then, about the memory, right now I can't get 8 GB without cutting from the case or psu so for now I'll stick to 4 GB and later I'll add another stick of 4.

More than likely the actual recommended system requirements to play those games at 1080p 30 fps medium to high settings will be something quad core, 8 GB RAM, and R9 270 (or equivalent). But just my two cents.
