good FPS games for old PC's

Hello everyone, i have a crappy PC that cannot run the latest games but it's summer and i want to have some fun.
Can you suggest me some old FPS games that will run on my PC ?
Intel core 2 quad 2.4ghz
integrated graphics ( intel express chipest Q35)
2gb ram

You can suggest other games than fps if you want

Red Faction 1 is fun. I have it installed on my netbook. It has a realistic and easy to run physics system, even compared to modern games (that's more of a bad thing for modern games than it is a compliment, though).
