Good gaming build?

Hi, im new to pc gaming/building and am not sure if this is a good build. Ive done quite a bit of research into this build before putting it together. Im looking to run games like Battlefield 4, Skyrim, Arma2/3 etc at around high settings. Here are the parts.

Allright. I kinda figured i shouldnt go cheap on the psu lol. And what are your thoughts on windows 7 vs windows 8.1 for gaming? Also, is that cpu with the water cooler allright for overclocking? Ive heard the haswell cpus are fussy with overclocking.Thanks!
