I and my friend have decided to get him a gaming pc but I wanted to be sure that this will be good w/ skyrim @ 3440x1440 (34" 21:9) but if there are any necessary changes don't make it much farther than the $1600 budget.

Note the orange/black nzxt h440 is a place holder for the razer edition. Also I don't like doing things like putting a i3 but using a titan black as well cause I like to balance it more. And I know the psu is overkill but it for some reason is cheaper that the 850w version and he can use this in future builds maybe.

Let me know if I should change anything,

Being that I will probably get his pc's cpu and gpu over clocked then you need to make headroom/double the power for under load. Also I did mention he may use the psu for future builds/sli. And the nzxt kraken x41 will give green leds.
