Good Gaming PC For The Money

Hello I have 0 knowledge of building a pc so I would like to buy a custom built pc. I have been looking on cyberpowerpc but I don't know what parts are good and bad. If someone could find me a good pc for about $600-900 that would be great! I like to play games like Counter Strike, Arma 3, DayZ, Call of Duty, and just about everything, but right now when I play those games I get low frame rate and bad graphics because I play on very low. I would like to play games on Ultra and High settings and not have to worry about lag. I also do YouTube gaming so I need the pc to handle playing games in high settings while recording with no lag. Sorry if my budget is to low but thats the range I'm looking in. Please don't link parts and say it's cheaper to build one because I have no knowledge of building a pc so I would mess it up.

You might also need a wifi card unless you intend to plug in directly to your router. Also you don't have to pick that case, I don't particularly like it that much.
