Everything seems a-ok aside from 2 points:
1.Switch psu to Seasonic Prime TX (if he is keen on 1,6kw which is kind of too much imo) or Seasonic Prime Px 1,3kw. Seasonic prime or gold and above models have 12 years warranty, no bull$hit I just recently got a refund for a 10yo psu that failed and they paid full price from invoice.
2.I guess they're a fan of corsair but why pay almost 3x for inferior cpu cooler when one from arctic is way cheaper and way more efficient + still has rgb unless they're reeeeeealy keen on that argb cr@p ... arctic

Got some questions:

Why 14900k? i would suggest Intel systems for video editing rigs cuz they got quick sync feature. If it is gaming, the 7800X3D is the best CPU right now.

Why 64gb ram? if its productivity based, i understand. gaming and streaming? 32gb is more than enough.

With that said, if you are looking for a gaming build:

B650 mobo with pcie 5.0 ssd support

big and quiet air cooler with digital temp readout

fast 2tb ssd

decent gpu with good factory overclock

case with included fans and digital readout

Tier A psu with 16 pin connector and 10 year warranty.
