Good Gaming Rig for $500-$560?

Is this a good build to buy? If it isn't please tell me and improve upon it.
Im trying to run DayZ Standalone, Arma 2, Minecraft, TF2, Rust, GMOD, War Thunder etc...

Ram I have currently is 204 pin SODIMM DDR3-1866 so im buying two 204 pin to 240 DDr3 adapters.

I would not recycle the RAM , I definitely would not use that power supply [ a door stop ] or the motherboard [ older chip set that doesnt fully support the processor ] or the cpu cooler [ which wont be much better than stock ]

I say get a i5 Haswell on a h97 motherboard and use the discrete graphics while you save for the 280..280x or hell maybe even the 290.
