Yes and no...it is not very upgradeable as it is using a last gen mobo and cpu. Also that PSU isn't the best and is not compatible for 4th gen chips. I added a haswell certified power supply for $40. Here is the updated build for slightly more. Check it out

gtx 650 ti boost is 1-5% better then hd 7850, but that sapphire is realy cheap.
