Does anyone know whats a safe / good temp for the RTX 2060 6GB?

Usually GPUs go into the high 60s low 70s under load which is safe. When they creep into the high 70s and low 80s you might want to try and increase airflow and if they get close to 90 then something is no right.

Usually when I am playing my gpu temp goes anywhere from 40-75

Those temps are just fine. Safe operating temp is anything under 88-90C. So your fine.

what about an i7 9700F?
I usually get 40-80 when gaming is that good?. Also I changed my power options settings in minimum processor rate to 75% and maximum to 90% should I keep it like that or reset it?
