As i dont know a lot about apu's. Something that obviously wont bottleneck lol. one plays roblox alot and the other always plays like fallout or skyrim. and they record.

AMD A6-7400K

Hey,
That's a very low end CPU (the CPU part of the APU) so it's going to be a big bottleneck in most games.

$100 also doesn't get you very far.

I want to recommend NVidia as their DX11 drivers are more efficient on the CPU, but it's hard to find anything worth mentioning. A GTX750Ti is the only one I can suggest, but an RX-460 is much more powerful.

(problem is the CPU bottleneck. The GTX750Ti will do better in some games... possibly most but it's hard to be certain)

I can only recommend an RX-460 from AMD if you can find one for about $100

Links:
Try pcpartpicker, look for X-Mas sales, and look at used cards as well using E-bay etc. You may find a used GTX960 from NVidia but I can't think of any other likelihoods.

Summary...

RX-460, or GTX750Ti

(Just FYI, but a MOLEX-> 6-pin PCIe adapter may be needed and is often included with the graphics card. no issues to use and plenty of power)
