Question Good graphics card for Lenovo ThinkCentre M80 7507

I've been looking for a new graphics card now for my mobo (m80 7507) which is pcie 2.0. However i m not good at it. I had my old GPU gtx 550 se 1gb but it has a garbage display, so i needed a new one. I've been looking for rx 470 and rx 550 which is pcie 3.0 andI have a 500 watts psu. Any advise?

Do not worry about pcie 1/2/3/4
They are forward and backwards compatible.
Any difference in performance between 2 and 3 is negligible unless you are talking about the top end cards.
What is the make/model of the psu?
500w should be sufficient for either if the psu is of good quality.

So I change my old graphics card GTX560 since it has already garbage display. I bought a new one RX470D. However, after installing my new graphics card and turnning it on. It has no display, i can see clearly that the computer is on but it doesnt boot. I have a 500watts PSU and already updated my system.
