[SOLVED] Good i7 CPU to pair with the RTX 2070?

I am having trouble finding an i7 processor that is budget friendly for a rtx 2070. If possible, I want to keep the cpu budget at around $280 so that I can keep my overall pc build at around a total of $1200 (I don’t mind a little over or a little under that budget).

Does it have to be an i7? i5 would do just as good if its for gaming. Also do you have a motherboard/RAM already and want to upgrade to an i7 or are you looking for a bundle?

Does it have to be intel? the AMD Ryzen 2700 is fantastic value for money and great performance.

On this list, I tried to use an i5-9600k with my motherboard but they are not compatible. I want s motherboard that has WiFi built into it so that I don’t have to buy a WiFi card.

The i5 7600k is compatible with the Mobo you have chosen and would perform basically the same or cheaper might be not a K series if you're not intending for OC
