[SOLVED] Good internet yet high ping?

So i am having problems with my internet, i have run a speedtest on on several websites and i get about 20 ping, 30-40mbps download and 12mbps upload. I am using ethernet connected to my range extender. the internet is fine in every app besides my games, CSGO, Apex legends, rainbow six siege. I have done a ping test and the results say that i max up to 40 ping, and drop to 20 ping. This has been bothering for a while now and my internet on other devices seem fine. pls help

Yea but in games i get 300

it depend on the server location.

then pick are server at Indonesia
