good noctua support experience

so a friend gave me a noctua cooler the noctua NH D14, and i lost two of the fan mounting brackets for the original 140mm fan. So i messaged noctua and asked for some new ones i also let them know i didnt buy the cooler though them. They asked me to confirm the shipping address so they could send me some. I know people have gotten some for them before but i didnt expect them to send any to someone who did by though them, overall i am very satisfied with the customer support.
