Hello,

I want to mount the AIO to the front of the case and use the front case fans for push , the problem is the little distance between the fans and the radiator (the front metal of the case) , would it lower performance since the fans wont be directly attached to the Radiator ?
I will use the same fans that came with the AIO not the case fans. more over , I suppose that i will need long screws to reach the front fans and the RAd right ?

Radiator mounting in front of the case as air intake produces better CPU cooling but may slightly increase case temps.
That little thickness of case metal will not make any difference and screws should be long enough because in any case they have to go thru it anyway.

personally while i 100% agree with @CountMike !
i always prefer to mount the rad at the top to suck hot air out of the system and in a case that big you have asked about can push cold air in from the front using the 3 140mm

I dont think unless your extreme over clocking a 14900k a 420 arctic freezer iii which i use on my 7800x3d is really going to hurt cpu performance buy pushing a little extra hot air though the rad !!

there are 2 140mm fans blowing cold air into the case from the left side and thats a arctic freezer iii 420 sucking the hot air out though the rad and the last fan on the right side there is kinda blowing/sucking air out of the case over the psu
All in all im super impressed with the thermals in this config from this case !!

Up until 2 days ago I had arctic freezer 2 mounted to the front of my pc. Gpu doesn't care if system temperature is warmer, it is better for CPU compared to top mount as it isn't used as an exhaust for the entire system then.

So op wants to mount fans on the outside of the case?

Pictures might help
