Solution
This is a computer and hardware-related technical forum, although you may find a few people who know their way around a kitchen. You might try cooks.com, recipes.com, or google for "America's Test Kitchen" to get pancake recipes.
One thing I will definitely throw out there though, is you want to avoid partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (e.g. Crisco, margarine, "lard" that isn't), in the recipe, or on the pan. That stuff is industrial waste, not a food (not even bugs will eat it).
I'd like to taste your pancakes.
Our pancakes (called "crêpes") are a lot thinner.

Here's the recipe: (for 24 crêpes)

13,23 oz of flour
2.65 oz of sugar
2 pinches of salt
6 eggs
8.45 fl oz of blond beer
16.91 fl oz of milk
0.25 oz of vanilla sugar

(metric system FTW!!)

Pesky ounces... METRIC MASTERRACE.

As a kid, I used to love Bisquik pancakes. It's been years since I've had them though; not since learning that Bisquik contains industrial waste. My wife makes pancakes from scratch sometimes, although I usually eat bacon crumbled into grits for breakfast on weekends.

BACON IS SOOOOO ADDED TO MY TO DO LIST.
