Good PC Gaming Build? Good Case Fans?

Hello,

Do you think it will run ultra/max settings at 1080P 60FPS?
Also, any good case fans? I would like to keep the build as close 1k US dollars, but going a little over is ok. I am going with a black and red theme build, but I am ok with going outside of that theme.

1. please do not get that ssd. it is extremely slow. i recommend a samsung evo.
2.id recommend a r9 390 for double the vram and more performance.
3. corsair af 120s are very good but if you want top dollar fans, noctuas are the ones.
