Good powered usb hub under $30

I'm looking for a powered usb hub with at least 4 ports. The primary use will be 4 xbox 360 controllers, so it can be USB 2.0, but I'd prefer 3.0 for future use with other things. I'd also like for it to be able to supply 1A to each port at the same time, but if this is unreasonable for the price, it is also not necessary. Thanks in advance.

I purchased a 4 port USB 3.0 PCI Express 1.0 card. cost about £8 from ebay. worked great.
It requires a spare PCI Express slot on your MOBO and a spare Molex to power it.

I have enough usb ports, my goal is to have them in a more convenient place. So a PCI card wouldn't help.
