Good PSU for my build?

I was planning on getting the Rosewill CAPSTONE 750W Is this a good psu? if not please leave a recommendation!

However, I'd need to know what other components you're getting to determine if it's appropriate for your build. For some builds it would be overkill, for others it might not be enough.

As long as you stick with 1 gpu, that psu should be fine.

Also I am wondering do I have all the parts for my build? This is my first build so I'm kinda scared XD I have:

CPU
Motherboard
GPU
PSU
Memory
SSD
HDD
CPU Cooling

(Other things like keyboard, Mouse, and Monitor)

Also can you recommend a case? I keep finding ones I like then find all these things wrong with them and don't want to get them.

What's your budget for the case, and what are the cases you rejected and your reasons for rejecting them? I just today ordered a Cooler Master HAF XB EVO case for myself (among other parts), but I don't know whether you'd want one (for example, if the cpu cooler you already chose is taller than 155mm, you might not want the XB).

Edit: I see two things possibly missing from your build: 1. optical drive (though depending on how you plan to install the OS an other software, it might not actually be required), 2. speakers/headphones. Also, you might consider planning your build with http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ to help you avoid incompatibilities and missing parts.
