Good Quality Microphone?

Can anyone recommend a good quality desk mic for under £50? I was looking at the Blue Snowball mic but saw some reviews about it not being able to pick up sound mid-range from the mic.

dont listen to those reviews , those are the noobs that are blaming the mic isntead of their own pc.

the yeti blue snowball is a really great mic
