good quality thermal paste vs good quality Thermal tape??

but this time there is for a good reason since is not 2008 anymore
the differences is the market now can offer good quality of Thermal tape
I don't overclock because to be honest is pointless ..!!
so the question is ;
there is anyone here who decide to go with the thermal tape on the CPU?
like a very old AMD video show?
AMD Thermal Pad or Paste?

Can't possibly have the same quality tape with paste...it's a matter of physics.
Anyway looks like thermal tape is as good as toothpaste as it is for now.

exactly Linus have a better thermal pad for the cpu

Well yeah he has but i would had still stick with the paste.
Not that i ever applied paste to a CPU.
Just saying.
