Good Replacement Video card

Hey, My GTX760 broke on me recently and I need a Replacement card. So I'm thinking about getting a 960, However is there anything better for under $250? I don't think there is, but asking never hurts.

No, and the GTX 960 just came online today so if you get it now it will last you a long time.

Only other is R9 285 if you want AMD.

For under $250, I'd stick with the 960. You can overclock it to beat the 280x, which is a $250-ish card, all while running a lot more efficiently.

Will the Cx600M be enough for the R9 290? My other specs are:
Mobo: Gigabyte 78Lmt
Cpu: Fx6300
Psu: Cx600M
Ram:8Gb
Hhd: 1000G

If your PSU was a high-quality 600 watt, then I'd say you should be okay, but the CX series are made with cheap components. I'd say don't risk frying your whole PC.

In my opinion, no. Its just one of the first reviews. I'd wait for the EVGA versions. They always have the best variety and ACX 2.0 is great. My second recommendation would be the Asus Strix for its build quality.
