Question Good Ryzen 9 9950x/7900xt Build

Is this a good build? Are there any other things I could change?

CPU: Ryzen 9 9950x
AIO: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 360 A-RGB
MOBO: X670 Aorus Elite AX
RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series (32x2) DDR5 CL30 AMD EXPO
GPU: Sapphire 7900xt 20GB GDDR6 PCIE 4 Interface
Case Fans: Some cheap Thermaltake 1500RPM ARGB Fans

I will be using my SSDs, Case, and PSU(850watt 80+gold) from my previous PC.

Good for what? Do you need 16 cores for anything in particular?

If you are just gaming, I would say 7800X3D/9800X3D, paired with a 7900XT should make for a quite good 1440p high refresh or 4K 60hz experience.

I recommend getting the arctic P12 fans instead of the thermaltake ones. Much better performance. Try fitting in the XTX if it is not much more than the 7900XT where you have parts available. What country are you buying parts from and at what budget? Maybe we can squeeze out a little bit more for the budget.
