I've been looking around recently and I'm stumped. I have an iPhone 5 at the moment and its battery and camera are terrible. Opinions on these phones and what's best for their pice would be good, or any other recommendations. If it's needed, anything preferably in Queensland, Australia.
Preferably any Android OS phone that's easy to get cases for.
These are possible choices
-Asus Zenfone 2 (ZE500CL)
-Motorola Moto X 2nd Gen (XT1092)
-ZTE Blade S6
-Samsung Galaxy Core Prime
-Samsung Galaxy S3/4

A budget would be around $190-300, but being better than an iPhone 5(performance, battery and camera wise)

To me Apple i phones are way overpriced.Go with the Moto much better quality and battery control.

I would say it is between the asus and the moto x. The asus has the best specs but the moto x will always have the latest version of android. Plus just because a phone has good specs on paper doesn't mean that it is the best phone to get. Finally the difference in normal day usage will be very minimal between the 2 phones.

I agree, asus hands down if it has the latest version of android. From what i've seen it runs wonderfully but there's a flaw in the software causing more power consumption.

Go with a Samsung galaxy A-5 a dam good phone and has excellent battery life.Asus Zen 2 is okay but not that great. To many bloated software it has and also to many updates which causes the phone to get lagged sometimes.

The specs i'm fine with, I've looked at them on the two. But do you know how much battery life I'd be able to get out of the Asus Zenfone or Moto X? Battery life is a big part for me personally

As long as either one can last longer than an iPhone 5, I'll be happy.

They both can outlast the iphone 5 but they are larger in size though.
