Good specs, but bad performance

I just got a brand new PC. It has a gtx 1060 6GB graphics card, 8GB of Ram and an Intel Core i7-3770 processor. I get massive framedrops, stutters and lag on games like Batman Arkham Origins, Assassins creed syndicate and many more. The one thing that I am suspecting is my pc case...What I mean by that is that it might be not suited for these brand new parts??..Please help

that's not brand new , you need more than a 1070 with 8gb , 16 gb of ram and a more recent cpu

You should have no trouble with those or any games.

What are your temperatures like when gaming?
Does it help if you lower the settings? What resolution?
What is your CPU / GPU / RAM / Disk usage like when gaming?
Is all your software up to date? GPU drivers, bios, etc
What speed is your hard drive? 5400rpm, 7200rpm or is it SSD?

Like LucoTF said, it has many other factors, none of that hardware will help if for example, your running it off a clunky old mechanical HDD. Give us more details.

One thing I can think off, your GTX does not run as PCIe V3... Check your System BIOS or 3rd party hardware report to see that
