Good steambox card?

I was looking at some graphics cards for a steambox and I found a XFX R7-250E. I liked the look of it but would it be able to play better than console paired with a APU? or would it be worth it to spend more on a better card? It looks really cool to me ,personally, for the price. This will be my console replace in the future.

That is not a good card at all. It is worse than the GTX650. If you spend about 80 dollars more. The GTX660 is a great choice. And it will play better than Console. Here's a link.
