Good Temps for 3770k?

i just ocd my i7 to 4.1ghz on stock voltage and prime 95 tests and temps show its getting max 69 c during the stress test min is 59 is that normal i have a coolermaster geminii s524w stock thermal paste cooler

It is normal I would say and nothing to worry about since prime loads it higher than any normal use.

Are prime 95 tets healthy? It wont damage or wear out the cpu

Yes, it is normal.

NH-U12P with dual fan setup (one is the new noctua fan) in Corsair GRAPHITE 600T case.
My 3770k idle at 37-40C under heavy load ,SETI@home, hits +60C, turbo at 3.9Ghz.

Just checked the temps /58,66,67,61/ under folding.
