Good upgrade from GTX 650 ti for gaming

I'm looking for a good gaming video card for World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor. Would really love to spend less than $150, but would consider spending more if there was a particularly good deal. also I'm assuming that's where my bottleneck would be. thanks! Here's my current setup:

EVGA GeForce GTX 650 ti 1GB

Intel Core i5-4430 Haswell Quad-Core 3.0GHz

MSI B85-G41 PC Mate LGA 1150 Intel B85 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX High Performance CF Intel Motherboard

2 x Kingston 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 Desktop Memory Model KVR16N11S8/4 for total of 8GB of ram

Rosewill CAPSTONE-450 450W Continuous @ 50°C, Intel Haswell Ready, 80 PLUS GOLD, ATX12V v2.31 & EPS12V v2.92, SLI/CrossFire

with the 450w power supply i would wait for the newer 960 cards to drop. then wait for a sale.

That 450W PSU is a pretty hardy unit. There is an MSI GTX760 for $170 on Newegg right now if you can pony up $20 more. It would be a huge upgrade for you. It's probably the most video card you can run with that power supply on your current system assuming you are not overclocking.

As far as overlocking goes... i understand what overlocking is but haven't been brave enough to really get into it - that being said, i am using the MSI motherboard OC Genie option that is in the clickable BIOS.
