Recently I bought a new android phone and installed google authenticator on it, but it wasn't showing any of the accounts i had enabled 2 step authentication on.
So now I can't login into any of those accounts, I tried using the 6 backup codes it provided and not a single one worked on any website.
What can i do in this situation?

You must establish the link between these accounts, and Authenticator. I am omitting "Google" on purpose, it is not Google-proprietary technology (I have mine running on Windows phone).

So, you have to re-establish these links manually, using your old authentication method.

Silly question, but you have also added the actual 2 step accounts into your google authenticator too?
Yes, all those accounts like ubisoft and twitch were added in google authenticator.
But as soon as I changed my phone and installed GA on it, all the accounts simply vanished from the app, I thought they would show up as I am using the same email as before, but they didn't.
And now I can't login into any of my accounts.
For some reason even the backup codes didn't work on any site.

@Alabalcho
How can I re establish the link between these accounts and GA, since I can't login into them in the first place, when I out in my password they ask for authenticator OTP or any of the backup codes, which I don't have anymore.

Did you break the codes linked to your old phone?
I believe you have to break the account link first before putting it onto multiple or new devices as detailed below.

Google Authenticator Support Page
The link you provided does not work.
And basically what happened was, i bought a new phone and sold my old one, didn't knew that I had to manually tranfer all my accounts to the new phone before wiping data on it, coz I thought the authenticator details must be on my gmail account. So I wiped my old phone and sold it, installed authenticator on new phone and found none of my old account otps were there, and none of backup codes worked either.
