Question Google Chhrome and other websites are running so slow that i can not use it whatsoever even with fresh OS.

I have 4X8/32GB 3600MHz DDR4 Ram , i7 11700K, on a Samsuns 990 Pro M.2 SSD. My internet speed is 400MBs download and 50MBs upload all on Windows 11.

When i go to Chrome it is so slow that it takes exactly 30 seconds for letter to be typed no matter what. So it can take up to 10 minutes just to type 10 letters. When i go to watch videos the videos lag so bad its like i am getting 4 FPS.

My PC is not slow on ANYTHING else and runs perfect on all other things. But using any web browser does this and makes it unusable. I have reset windows 3 times and it helps nothing.

My only idea is maybe windows 11 makes web browsers slow so that people wont use them as much? I have never had htis happen before its so strange. Chrome and browser run perfect on other PC and phones when using on my wifi.

How and what do i do? Do i jsut need to trash the entire PC and build a new one with different CPU, Ram, and motherboard and SSD?

Type chrome://flags in your URL bar. Enable the following flags:
1. #enable-zero-copy
2. #crostini-gpu-support
3. #scheduler-configuration
4. #high-efficiency-mode-available
5. #enable-gpu-rasterization
6. #use-angle (set to OpenGL)

Restart your browser. Report back.
Also if you have a million other things running please close them, could just be that all your RAM is taken up (highly doubt it but I've been surprised many times before).

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

If you performed a platform migration without reinstalling your OS, that can be a cause for your issue. It can also be that your OS might be pending an update. you could also try and reinstall your networking adapter's drivers.
