Is there a way to turn that on for youtube?
Cause it is so damn annoying when you close a page and you accidently close youtube too when you are watching a video.

Tools > Settings > Under "On Startup" click the option: Continue where I left off

You can re open chrome and all tabs will be there and just close the one you don't need. It's better than having to click "ok" when you do actually want to close all tabs every time.
