This is a common problem but I can't find any working solutions for me.
So yeah as the title says, when I use Google chrome, just for browsing youtube mainly, about every 5-15 minutes, my entire computer freezes, my C drive, which is my SSD, spikes to 100%, and it stays like that for at least 30-50 seconds. This happens CONSTANTLY while Chrome is open, and has happened only once while it wasn't.

Here's what I've tried:
-I don't have the option to disable "Prefetch resources to load pages more quickly", but I did disable "Use a prediction service to load pages more quickly", Which I assume is the same thing.
-Turning off hardware acceleration in chrome
-Getting rid of all add-on's/extentions in Google Chrome, except for AdBlock.
-Setting Chrome to default theme
-Closing all other processes and background processes
-Restarting my computer (obviously)
-Testing my SSD with the program SSDLife, it gave me a 97% healthy SSD, with a great lifespan
So yeah, any ideas? Thanks!
