Google chrome crashed cant be recovered

my google chrome crashed (often) but this time it says it cannot be recovered. I'm not computer savvy in the least what can I do???
Sorry I'm not Vista but Xp.

Try updating your Chrome browser to a newer version. If google chrome still crashes, then I would use another internet browser. You can use Firefox, IE, Safari, Opera. I use and recommend Firefox.
