Google Chrome Not Working

When I download Google Chrome and finish installing it I try to open it up but it just gives me a blank white page with no information. I have tried all the solutions on YouTube such as adding

I had a similar thing happen to me, but I never found an answer. It looks like it's completely failing to load any of the window system.

Have you tried with the "--disable-gpu" flag? It may be a hardware acceleration issue.

Maybe ask a friend to zip up their install (C:\Users\[you]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\ on Windows, not sure what you use) and send it to you.

I ended up just switching browsers until I reformatted and reinstalled Windows 7 (which I don't currently recommend, the update process is FUBAR'd currently so it takes literally hours to find updates). It isn't a good solution, but it can at least enable you to get away from Safari/IE/Edge.
