Question Google chrome software reporter tool is on while i dont use chrome? is this normal or i got malware?

You do not use Chrome; however, is Chrome installed and did you install it?

My thought is that the tool likely was one of those "crapware" installations that came along with Chrome or some other software application by default. Most likely some obscured check box that should have been "un-X'ed" to prevent the tool from being installed.

Open Task Manager and check the Startup tab. If Reporter Tool is listed, disable it.

Next step, if Chrome is installed, would be to completely uninstall Chrome.
