Google Chrome "SSL Connection Error", how do I fix this?

"ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" is what I am seeing. It is making certain sites unreachable and is preventing user-images on sites to not show up. How do I fix this? I have not changed a single thing since last night when it was working fine.

Sounds like your website is garbage and has broken TLS/SSL. Try accessing it from Firefox, but if the issue continues there stop using the site until it's fixed.

It's definitely not the website because it happens on a lot of sites, for example: Reddit, YouTube, Instagram and many other sites are giving me the same error.

In that case it's likely that you have either program corruption or a virus. Check your system

Virus is actually more likely, especially if you're using a lenovo that wasn't cleaned of the built in superfish virus. Check for viruses first.

If everything checks out then just uninstall chrome and then reinstall it or install firefox instead.

That's because it probably IS a virus/not a chrome issue! Fake certificate attacks like superfish can cause errors like that.

You just said that IE worked fine, so use it to get firefox. Hell, use another computer and transfer the installer on a USB stick. From your responses though, it's getting more and more likely that you just have malware due to a lack of understanding about computers and should install proper antivirus software to keep yourself safe.

I got Firefox and those sites still do not work. It is not me who has the misunderstanding, I am a software developer and was a diagnostic specialist, your answers are vague and have not given ANY insight on how to fix my issue and using Firefox will not give me any insight into my issue because like I said, I am not using a pre-built or a laptop and there IS NOT any bloatware. I am 100% sure that it is not a virus, blocker or malware, this is a relatively common issue that doesn't occur as often as it used to; because of the low recurrence rate, there are no official or unofficial solutions for Chrome in its current version.

Ok, now we have something to work with. Here's a few possible reasons then (since you're an advanced user you'll know what to look for):
1) The certificates are corrupted or hijacked. Superfish is a likely culprit, but others exist.
2) Your network adapter has corrupted drivers.
3) You're using a proxy server that isn't allowing encrypted traffic
4) Your router or modem is corrupted.
5) Your ISP is doing something funny.

Given that IE works but firefox and chrome don't, it's most likely #1.
