I'm browsing the Internet using Google Chrome, but the CPU is 80% loaded.

Motherboard: A320M PRO-VD/S (MS-7A36)
Processor type: QuadCore AMD Ryzen 3 1200, 3100 MHz
Graphics - GeForce GT 630 (1 GB)
Ram: 9905702-017.A00G 8 GB
Drive: TOSHIBA HDWD110
Drive: ATAPI iHAS122 F
Operating system name - Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 22H2 64 bit

I read articles somewhere on Google that this is a deliberate action due to the installation of Adblock plugins.

If you're on YT, then adblockers will cause your stream to be buffered. You can read more, here. As for your platform, what sort of resource usages are you seeing while idle?

FYI, you have a lot more potential in your platform, by performing a couple of upgrades on said platform.

^ is this your ram? If so, you should've gone with a dual channel DDR4-3200MHz ram kit to get the most out of your Ryzen processor.

If you performed a BIOS update, you should be able to drop in a Ryzen 5000 series APU.
