This happened once after I install a game. It may be something with DirectX installation with the game.

How much ram does your build have? What version of Chrome's browser are you on? Perhaps try and switch to another browser and see if the issue is averted.

Google Chrome uses almost CPU load.

Open Chrome's Task Manager (Shift + Esc keys) and that will show you what process, tab or extension is causing the problem. It it's the latter then simply remove it.
