Well I like the idea. Seawater is cheap, cold, and can be reused. Everyone wins except the whiny little bitches who think the datacenter shouldn't be there at all.

I hope there won't be any leak, the servers would be damaged! Facebook recently got a better idea with using natural climate to cool down a damn huge building. lol
