Question Google Earth function

Hi,
i own some small parts of land in my country that oi need to add on goverment program of mapping the area.
They told me that either i need to pay and expert to to the job, which a bit expensive or i can do it my self by using my phone and google earth and go to the corners of the land and press and keep the button on my mobile and thos way will poinththe corners in my land and after give these data to goverment computer for mapping te area.
I dont know exactly how to do it. Does anybody knows about this function of Google earth ?

More needs to be known.

You may need to purchase an app to get the necessary level of details. E.g., surveyor quality.

Start by "googling" Google Earth Mapping tools.

Then as you read and learn, revise the search criteria.

If you find some software that meets your requirements ensure that the government will accept the data.

Especially if you have to pay.

And very likely you will indeed need to pay in order to get then necessary accuracy.

Errors could be more costly than hiring someone to do the survey(s).

You need to survey the properties? I can't imagine that a phone app will meet the legal requirements alone. Just something to be aware of.

If you are trying to meet some legal requirement, yes. Typically, an actual survey is required to determine property lines/boundaries.
