Its just Google doing what they do best, copy other people's ideas. I will stick with JollyCloud, more apps, actual support, less Google.
 
Let's be honest. This will never find its way onto my desktop. It's a stripped down, web-based OS that will likely require minimal processing power but also have minimal features.

On my netbook, however, this has serious potential. If you buy a netbook for its intended purpose, running general purpose productivity applications and accessing the web, why not have an OS built around that? Cloud storage is great when your hard drive is a small SSD.
 
Sure, but that's for the original netbooks. Most newer ones have a 160 gig hard drive, and that's plenty of room for it. I'd want XP on mine just so I can play old games, though it's likely that I'd dual boot UNR as well
