Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link here and I will get someone to convert file into a format I can read

most things that relate to hal.dll and kernel are either driver errors or hardware, as kernel/hal are gate keepers between software and hardware

Thanks for getting back to me. Here is a link for the minidump files I was able to get from the machine. https://drive.google.com/open?id=16XB9NnBzV3hPtqUdcaOIhBQAIBm8QORw I think it has to do with a special audio card called a Lynx but I am not sure.

I guess it does have a PCI bridge: View: https://imgur.com/a/Puy3MDY
I had no idea. The Lenovo website tool found a few things I installed them all. The offline tool found an Intel Chipset driver but no matter how many times I install it the update is still there. Device manager shows nothing missing and all PCI drivers are up to date. The system still does the bluescreen occasionally when it has been off for prolonged periods but still intermittent.
